No, you don’t need to be home or present during the detailing service. In fact, most of our clients prefer to keep the process as simple and hassle-free as possible. When our cleaning technicians arrive, there are a few convenient options for gaining access to your vehicle's interior:

‍Hand Deliver the Keys: You can personally hand your keys to the technician when they arrive.
‍Use Our Magnetic Key Holder (membership customers): If we are servicing your vehicle on a regular basis, for added convenience, we provide you with a small magnetic keyholder. Simply place your key inside the holder and stick it under your car on the frame or inside the gas tank area. When our technicians arrive, they’ll retrieve the key, unlock your vehicle, and begin cleaning. Once the job is complete, they will place the key back into the magnetic keyholder before they leave. (This is by far the most common and preferred method among our clients.)

‍With these options, we ensure your experience is seamless and stress-free, even if you’re not around during the service.

We currently provide service to the following cities in Arizona: Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, and certain parts of Tempe, Apache Junction, and Queen Creek. If you’re outside these areas but would like to use our services, we encourage you to call, text, or email our office. Let us know your location, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. In many cases, we can determine the travel cost to service your vehicle(s) and work with you to find a solution. We strive to serve as many customers as possible and rarely turn anyone away if it can be avoided!

No, you don’t need to provide water or electricity. At Wash My Mobile, our vehicles are fully equipped with water tanks, generators, and all the tools necessary to service any vehicle. In fact, we don’t use your water because it’s often filled with hard water minerals like calcium and magnesium that can leave residue or buildup on your vehicle.

Instead, we use a DI (Deionized) and Water Softener system in our water tanks to ensure your car receives the cleanest wash and streak-free dry possible. This self-sufficient setup allows us to deliver top-quality results every time, wherever you are.

The time it takes depends on which package/service you selected.

One Time Mobile Detail: This comprehensive service includes shampooing carpets and floors, conditioning and protecting surfaces, and more. It typically takes 2 hours to complete.

‍2 Car Cleanings a Month: These routine interior and exterior cleanings are designed for maintenance and efficiency, taking an average of 60 minutes per session.

A mobile detail is an intensive service designed for vehicles that need a deeper clean—perfect for cars that haven’t been detailed in a long time or are heavily soiled. Detailing involves more comprehensive work, such as intensive cleaning of the door jams, under seats, seat rails, removing grim/dirt from steering wheel, center console, getting between cracks and hard to reach places in a vehicle, applying UV protectants to interiors, and adding extras like tire dressing or spray wax to make the vehicle look as close to new as possible. Many customers opt to include premium services like ceramic spray wax coating or upholstery protection to achieve that fresh, rejuvenated appearance.

In contrast, a mobile cleaning focuses on maintaining a vehicle that’s already in good shape. It’s a lighter service aimed at keeping your car clean with basic upkeep like vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and washing the exterior. If your vehicle is relatively well-maintained, a mobile cleaning might be all you need to keep it looking fresh between detailing appointments.

Yes, we clean all vehicle types and sizes—from compact coupes and sedans to full-size SUVs and lifted trucks. Unlike many other mobile cleaning services, we never charge extra based on the size of your vehicle.
